Cancellation Policy
I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore, I respectfully ask that you give at least 24-hour notice for cancellations/rescheduling. Fees will apply according to the policy that follows: First time cancelations LESS than 24 hours prior to your appointment and no-shows will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount. Any following cancellations/no-shows will be charged the FULL amount of service booked.
